Accuracy comes before everything else we do. This policy explains how we correct mistakes and keep pages current, especially for fast-moving regulatory topics.
Reporting an error
If you believe something on ArginateCare is inaccurate or out of date, contact us through the contact page with the page URL and the specific concern. We review substantive reports promptly.
How we correct
When we confirm a factual error in a medical or regulatory statement, we fix it and update the "last reviewed" date. Significant corrections are noted so readers understand what changed.
Keeping content current
- Regulatory and safety pages (FDA status, compounding, anti-doping) are re-verified against primary sources on a regular cycle and whenever we learn of a change.
- Clinical guidance is checked against current U.S. medical-society guidelines; we replace outdated guidance when a newer version exists.
- Every regulatory statement records the date it was checked and the source used.
